Here i start my journey with 3D design. The experimentation platform is the globally recognised CLO3D, this software has the capability to make beginners feel skilled and professionals feel challenged.
As every other creative, searching for a new skill does, I dismissed the significantly steep learning curve of AI integrated design and embarked on this learning journey; with only the intrusive thoughts of inadequacy within my creative sphere motivating my push. Establishing a measly base foundation (fuelled by tutorial videos and AI answers) is essential in taking on such a disproportionate task. Using all the social media platforms to my advantage, i signed up for a free 14-day-trial with all the knowledge of uploading a beginner avatar. 14 days later and I am literate on 3D rendering, pattern proportions and 3D draping. Ignoring my computers inability to render a single image under 5 hours, i have mastered the art of faking full 3D CLO competency. As expected, the 14-day-trial was just enough time to expose the full extent of my deficiencies whilst giving me hope of full competency (only by investing time and money into the software of course).
