All pieces are handmade and made-to-order, please allow 2-5 days for garment production.

We are not responsible for paying any fees after we have shipped your item, E.g. Import charges. Please check tracking and courier company for more information.
We do no hold any responsibility for delays caused by weather conditions, custom issues or any circumstance beyond our control. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damage or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the Currier of the package to open an investigation. We unfortunately are not able to offer refunds for orders lost beyond our control. If there is an issue with your package, please contact the carrier of your package an open investigation.
You will be able to locate your courier through the provided tracking number and your local delivery courier service.
If packages are returned to us due to an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, we are obligated to charge the customer the shipping fee again to cover the re-delivery cost. This still applies if your order was eligible for free delivery.
