Adaptive Adjustments

We build in small runs and, most often, to order. It protects quality, lets us finish each piece properly, and avoids waste. Typical dispatch is within two weeks; when an adjustment or beaded detail needs longer, we’ll say so on the product page before you buy. If your size or an adjustment changes the window, we’ll confirm by email.

What we can customise

Length: hems (e.g +/– 2–6 cm), sleeves (e.g +/– 2–4 cm).
Access & comfort: side zip, extended placket, interior anchor loops, elastic back panel.
Closures (adaptive): discreet magnet or Velcro alternatives where suitable.
Waist & rise tweaks: small ease adjustments within pattern tolerances.

How it works

If measurements are needed, we’ll email a simple guide or offer a 5-minute fit consult.
We confirm your estimated dispatch window and price (if any).
Your piece is cut to your spec, QC-checked, and shipped.

Timing & pricing

Most requests add 2–4 days to the usual 7–14 day make window.
Typical charges: £0–£60 (length/anchor loops), £0–£90 (side zip, elastic panel, extended placket). We’ll confirm before we start.

Returns & adjustments

Standard sizes (no customisation): 14-day returns.
Customised pieces: exchange/adjustment or store credit.
30-day complimentary minor adjustment on all orders; repairs available thereafter at fair rates.
